Privacy Policy
TwoClick Golf helps golf-course owners and operators review their public digital experience, create a course-owned website, and manage publishing. This policy explains the information processed when you use the TwoClick Golf website, Studio, or mobile app.
Information we process
- Audit inputs: course name, public website URL, optional public app-listing URL, and publicly available page content needed to produce an audit.
- Account information: identifiers, name, and email supplied through Apple or Google sign-in.
- Course projects: drafts, course details, rates, status, event information, booking links, audit results, and published configurations you choose to save.
- Billing records: subscription status and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers. TwoClick Golf does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
- Technical information: logs, device/browser details, security events, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Device storage: drafts and preferences may be kept locally on your device until you clear them or delete the app.
How we use information
We use information to run public-site audits, show evidence and recommendations, save and publish course projects, maintain accounts and subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Service providers
Information may be processed by vendors that provide hosting and infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, diagnostics, and customer support. These include Apple or Google for sign-in and Stripe for payment processing. Public course pages are accessed only to provide the audit requested by the user.
Retention and deletion
Saved course projects and account-linked data are retained while your account remains active. You can initiate deletion inside TwoClick Golf Studio or through our account-deletion page. We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records when required, and we explain any applicable retention during the deletion process.
Your choices
You may use the public audit without signing in. You can request access, correction, or deletion of account-linked information. You may also clear locally stored drafts through your browser or device settings.
Children
TwoClick Golf is a business service intended for golf-course owners, managers, and staff. It is not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
