Delete your TwoClick account

You can initiate complete account deletion inside the separate TwoClick web Studio after signing in. If you no longer have access to that web account, use the email request below.

Delete inside the web Studio

1. In a separate browser session, sign in to the TwoClick web Studio.
2. Scroll to Account & legal.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Send the request from the email address used with TwoClick. Include the course name if one is associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing deletion.

What deletion does

• Deletes saved course projects, drafts stored on our service, and account-linked audit data.
• Unpublishes course projects associated only with the deleted account.
• Cancels an active TwoClick subscription when cancellation can be completed safely.
• Does not delete your separate Apple or Google identity-provider account.

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained when required. Local drafts may remain on a device until browser data is cleared or the app is removed.
